About Najran University
A public university established in 2006 (1427 AH) in the Najran region of southern Saudi Arabia. It comprises 14 colleges spanning health, science and humanities disciplines — among them medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, applied medical sciences, engineering, computer science and information systems, education and sharia — and operates a branch campus in Sharurah. It offers around 55 bachelor's and applied programmes plus 23 graduate programmes, enrols more than 22,000 students (including 412 on scholarships), and has produced over 40,000 graduates. Its official portal reports that the university holds full institutional accreditation through 2033.
