About Canadian University Dubai
Canadian University Dubai (CUD) is a private university founded in 2006 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It was originally called Centennial University of Dubai and became an independent Canadian institution, retaining ties with Ontario's Centennial College that allow students to transfer after their second year. Teaching follows a Canadian-style curriculum across faculties including Engineering, Applied Science and Technology; Management; Architecture and Interior Design; and Communication Arts and Sciences. The university has moved to a campus at City Walk in central Dubai, which it states is its sole legal and physical campus, with no branches inside or outside the UAE.
