About University of Ha'il

The University of Ha'il is a Saudi public university created by royal decree on 7 June 2005 (30 Jumada al-Thani 1426 AH) in the city of Ha'il. It comprises 14 colleges plus three branch campuses outside the main site, and its official website reports 45,644 students, 2,031 faculty members and more than 83,000 graduates. English is the medium of instruction for most subjects, with Islamic and Arabic studies courses taught in Arabic. In 2019 the university received two awards for its research output in the medical-sciences category of the Scopus database.
