Kia opens EV3 pre-orders in Mexico ahead of US launch

Kia has officially opened pre-orders for its all-new EV3 electric SUV in Mexico, marking the model's first market launch ahead of a broader rollout. The compact crossover will be produced at Kia's manufacturing facility in Mexico, with initial units destined for the United States later this year.

For Saudi shoppers, the EV3 would compete against established compact electric SUVs already available in the kingdom, such as the Tesla Model Y, the MG4, and the BYD Atto 3. These rivals have built a strong following thanks to competitive pricing and growing charging infrastructure across major Saudi cities.

However, no official launch plans for the Saudi market have been announced.
