This Privacy Policy explains what information Beseyat Cars collects when you use our website and mobile app, and how we use it. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the service. You can browse cars, prices, specifications, comparisons and news without creating an account.

Information we collect

• Comments you submit: the display name and comment text you enter, and — stored on our server only, for spam and abuse prevention and moderation — your IP address and browser user-agent.
• AI assistant queries: when you ask the in-app AI assistant a question, your question is forwarded to our AI provider (DeepSeek) to generate a reply.
• Newsletter: if you choose to subscribe, we store the email address you provide (and the IP address used to subscribe, for abuse prevention) in order to send you our newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• Standard server logs generated automatically when your device requests pages or data (such as IP address, date and time, and the page requested).

We do not require an account, and we do not collect your location, contacts, camera, photos, or advertising identifiers. We do not track you across other apps or websites.

How we use information

We use this information only to operate the service: to publish comments after moderation, to answer your AI questions, to fetch daily car news, and to keep the service secure and free of spam and abuse. We do not sell your personal information.

Third parties

We rely on a small number of third-party services to provide features: DeepSeek (to generate AI assistant replies), public RSS news sources (to display automotive news), and Wikimedia (for car images). Requests to these services are subject to their own privacy practices.

Data retention

Comments are kept until they are removed through moderation. News items are pruned automatically over time. Server logs are retained only for a short period for security and troubleshooting.

Children

The service is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Your choices

You may request that a comment you posted be removed by contacting us. If you subscribed to the newsletter, you can unsubscribe (and have your email deleted) at any time via the unsubscribe link in any newsletter email or the unsubscribe page. Because we do not require accounts, comments are not linked to a verified identity.
