About Jubail University College
Jubail University College was founded in 2006 in Jubail, in Saudi Arabia's Eastern Province, as an affiliate of the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu, created to develop Saudi human resources for the industrial and wider economy. It offers English-medium bachelor's and diploma programmes that pair a preparatory stage with specialised coursework, across departments including civil engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science and IT, business administration, management information systems, accounting, interior design, supply chain and logistics, English language and general studies. The college runs research centres and laboratories in fields such as renewable energy, water desalination and advanced manufacturing. Long housed in temporary premises south of Jubail Industrial City, it was planned to move to a new Al-Mutarafieh campus designed for roughly 18,000 students.
