About Institute of Public Administration - Dammam Branch
The Eastern Province branch of the Institute of Public Administration is based in Dammam and was established in 1393 AH (1973), making it one of the institute's earliest branches outside Riyadh. It operates under the IPA, created by royal decree in 1961, and delivers training courses and diploma programmes to government employees in the Eastern Province alongside management consulting and administrative research services. A separate women's branch of the institute was also opened in Dammam in 1436 AH.
