About Sulaiman Al-Rajhi University (Colleges)
Sulaiman Al-Rajhi University is a private non-profit institution in Al-Bukayriyah, Qassim Province, Saudi Arabia. It began operating in 1430/1431 AH (2009/2010) and is named after the businessman Sulaiman bin Abdulaziz Al-Rajhi. It comprises the College of Medicine, the College of Applied Sciences (medical laboratories and clinical nutrition), the College of Nursing, the School of Business (established 2016, with an EMBA launched in 2018) and a preparatory-year programme. Teaching follows a problem-based learning model developed with Maastricht University in the Netherlands, and instruction is in English. The first Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery cohort graduated in April 2015; the campus spans about 1.2 million square metres and includes a 300-bed teaching hospital.
