About Weill Cornell Medicine - Qatar
Weill Cornell Medicine – Qatar (WCM-Q) is a branch of Weill Cornell Medicine of Cornell University, established on 9 April 2001 under an agreement between Cornell University and the Qatar Foundation. Located in Education City, Doha, it was the first medical school in Qatar and grants the Cornell Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree. It enrolled about 322 students according to its 2018–2019 figures.
