About Prince Sultan Military College of Health Sciences
Prince Sultan Military College of Health Sciences is a government military college in Dhahran, Eastern Province, inaugurated on 16 Safar 1409 AH (27 September 1988). It was founded by the Armed Forces Medical Services Directorate of the Ministry of Defense to train Saudi health professionals for military hospitals. The college has eight academic departments, eight bachelor's programmes and six bridging programmes covering nursing, clinical laboratory sciences, anesthesia technology, emergency medical services, respiratory care, medical equipment technology, health information management, and oral and dental health, with most programmes accredited by the National Center for Academic Accreditation and Evaluation. Study spans ten semesters, and the campus includes an advanced clinical skills and simulation centre. Enrolment for the 2024/2025 academic year was about 1,413 students (569 male, 844 female), taught by 145 faculty members.
