About Institute of Public Administration - Jeddah Branch
The Institute of Public Administration (IPA) is a Saudi government body created by royal decree on 24 Shawwal 1380 AH (10 April 1961), headquartered in Riyadh. Its Makkah Region branch in Jeddah opened in 1394 AH (1974) as part of the institute's plan to extend its training activities across the Kingdom. IPA delivers training courses and diploma programmes for public-sector employees, and was the first academic body in the Gulf to offer advanced legal programmes through its Diploma in Legal Studies.
