About Mohammed Bin Rashid University of Medicine and Health Sciences
Mohammed Bin Rashid University of Medicine and Health Sciences (MBRU) is a private university dedicated to medicine and the health sciences, launched in September 2014 and based in Dubai Healthcare City. It is named after His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai. MBRU comprises three colleges — the College of Medicine, the Hamdan Bin Mohammed College of Dental Medicine, and the Hind Bint Maktoum College of Nursing and Midwifery — delivering ten accredited undergraduate and postgraduate degrees. It forms the academic arm of Dubai Health, the emirate's integrated academic health system.
