About Emirates Aviation University
Emirates Aviation University (EAU) is a private higher-education institution in Dubai, UAE, and the academic arm of The Emirates Group. It began in 1991 as Dubai Aviation College under the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority, later merged with Emirates Training College to become Emirates Aviation College, was granted university status in 2010, and took its present name in 2014. Its campus is in Dubai International Academic City, and it is organised into faculties of Business Management, Engineering, and Mathematics & Data Science, plus an Institute of Research and Professional Training. Programmes concentrate on aviation, aircraft maintenance engineering, aviation management and data science; the university has partnered with Coventry University (UK) since 2006 and holds accreditation from the UAE Ministry of Higher Education along with international recognitions including EASA and the Royal Aeronautical Society.
