- Eligibility
- Saudi nationality, good conduct, a final unconditional admission from a university on the program's lists, full-time on-campus study and residence in the scholarship country. Applications go through the Safeer platform.
- Benefits
- A full government scholarship covering tuition fees, monthly stipends, medical insurance and travel tickets under the scholarship regulations, with supervision by Saudi cultural missions abroad.
- Application dates
- Applications open in annual cohorts via the Safeer portal; a guide for the 2026-2027 cycle has been announced.
