- Every student admitted to a KAUST M.S. or Ph.D. program automatically receives the full fellowship with no separate application. A strong bachelor's degree in a STEM field and English proficiency are required.

- Full tuition plus a living stipend (about USD 20,000/year for M.S. and USD 25,000-30,000 for Ph.D.), on-campus housing, health insurance, and relocation/visa support.
