Delete from within the app

Sign in to the Smart Shopper app, then open My Account → Delete account and confirm. Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out on every device.

Delete without the app

If you cannot access the app, email beseyat.sa@gmail.com from the address registered to your account (or include your phone number) with the subject "Delete my account", and we will process it within 7 days.

What data is deleted?

When you delete your account we remove your personal data — name, email, phone number and photo — along with your favorites, price alerts, shopping lists and uploaded receipts. All sign-in sessions and notification tokens are revoked.

What data may be kept?

We may keep your community contributions (comments, reviews and deal votes) in an anonymized form not linked to you, to preserve content integrity for other users. We may also keep aggregated, non-identifying statistics and any records the law requires, for the minimum necessary period only.

Timeframe

The account is deactivated immediately, and personal data is deleted or anonymized within 30 days at most.
